Job Description

As a Wealth Manager at our Financial Services/Wealth Management firm, your role will involve leading our Mutual Fund and Insurance Distribution Business. You will be responsible for driving growth through various traditional and modern methods, focusing on strategic execution and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Drive acquisition of high-net-worth and retail clients for mutual fund and insurance products. - Build and manage a robust client portfolio by understanding their investment needs and risk profile. - Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and suggest suitable investment strategies. - Manage and grow the Mutual Fund and Insurance vertical with a clear focus on targets and revenue. - Leverage existing client networks and partnerships to expand distribution. - Lead product promotions and campaigns to increase wallet share from existing clients. - Conceptualize and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and brand visibility. - Work closely with marketing teams for ad campaigns, webinars, investor education, and social media engagement. - Develop engaging content for wealth-related social media posts, blogs, and newsletters. - Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to align business strategies. - Collaborate with product teams, AMCs, and insurance partners to design compelling offerings. - Analyze business performance and present insights to senior management with a focus on ROI. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of mutual fund and life/general insurance products, with regulatory compliance knowledge. - Proven track record of target achievement and client retention. - Digital-first mindset with hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and brand building. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead a team when required. Qualifications: - MBA (Finance/Marketing). - AMFI/NISM certifications preferred. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, distribution sales, or financial advisory. As a Wealth Manager, you will be compensated according to industry standards with performance-based incentives. This is a full-time, permanent role with day shift and weekend availability. Additional bonuses include performance and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
