Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to strengthen and grow our established corporate gifting business. This role involves identifying new B2B opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new corporate clients through direct outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Build relationships with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement teams to understand their gifting needs.
• Propose customized gifting options based on budgets, timelines, and occasion.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through effective account management.
• Coordinate with design and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Must be based in Mumbai and open to travel for client meetings.

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Saturday (1 weekday off)

Work Location

• In-person at Avarya Head Office, Mumbai
• Field visits as required for client meetings
