Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior ManagerBusinessCorporate BankingDepartmentWholesale Banking ProductsSub-DepartmentWBP SCF ProductsLocationWorli Corporate OfficeAbout WBPWholesale Banking Products (Trade & SCF) unit is responsible for driving and facilitating growth in various corporate products viz Traditional Trade fice, Supply chain fice, Guarantee, digitization & Risk Distribution It also focuses on Digitalisation, Product innovation and implementation, business analytics, portfolio management and strategic initiatives alongside coverage segments for expanding trade in ETB / NTB baseThis role is part of the SCF team that provides customised, digital solutions across a breadth of clients The Producy Management team is critical in product ideation, creation and deploymentExpertise in development of SCF Products ability to conceptualise, develop, write product papers, present and obtain committee approvalsOwn the product end to end, including creation of documentation, operational processes, reporting and regulatory requirements etcDevelop go to market strategy, identify target client sets, develop marketing collaterals required by Sales teamTrain and equip Sales and RM team to market product to identified client set and join Sales/RM, wherever required in client pitches/discussionsConceptualise and articulate digital journeys for SCF products to deliver superior UI/UX for clientsOversight on Reporting/ MIS, and addressing Audit queries internal and external, in time bound mannerEnsure hygiene items such as weekly sales MIS, ensuring delivery of periodic reports as required by policy/regulationTo ensure close monitoring and reporting of SCF portfolio and taking corrective product measures for stress portfoliosQualificationsMBA Fice with 6-9 years of experience, preference for SCF related experienceGood understanding and experience of Supply Chain Fice deals, structuring, credit process, regulations etcGood communication skills and team playerRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following :Understanding on General Banking, Working Capital lending & SCF products Dealer Fice, Vendor Fice, Factoring, Reverse FactoringStrong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
