Job Description

Core Responsibilities & Operations ManagementOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, distribution, and shipping of products. Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and product flow. Coordinate logistics with transportation carriers, suppliers, and internal departments (Sales, Procurement). Manage the maintenance and proper use of all warehouse equipment and facilities Inventory Management & ControlImplement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure high accuracy. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with Warehouse Management System (WMS) data. Minimize inventory discrepancies, damage, and loss. Analyze stock levels and forecast needs to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team to meet performance and service goals. Recruit, select, orient, and train new warehouse employees. Develop staffing schedules and allocate resources to meet operational requirements. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address personnel issues.
