Job Description

  • Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately.
  • Enter billing data into Tally/ERP or Excel sheets.
  • Maintain and update daily billing records.
  • Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoice details.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for billing-related queries.
  • Ensure timely submission of bills to customers.
  • Assist in preparing reports such as daily billing summary and outstanding payments.
  • Handle basic office documentation and filing of invoices.

Key Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Basic Tally and Basic MS Excel.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
