About Us

The Wellness Shop is a growing organization dedicated to providing premium health, wellness, and personal care products. We are expanding our operations and looking for a Warehouse Manager to efficiently manage our warehouse activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management.

· Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.

· Ensure timely order fulfillment with accuracy in picking, packing, and dispatch.

· Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain efficiency, safety, and hygiene in the warehouse.

· Manage warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.

· Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations.

· Optimize space utilization, stock placement, and workflow for maximum efficiency.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/store/inventory management (FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail industry preferred).

· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and MS Excel.

· Leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
