Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Indore Reports to: CEO Job Overview:As a Warehouse Manager at Solstr, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively, and that products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and safely. You will lead a team, ensuring that all tasks are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Implement and maintain warehouse systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Inventory Management: Work with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and correct inventory replenishment. Manage returns, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations. Conduct regular safety audits, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers, logistics providers, and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments. Manage warehouse space and optimize layout for maximum efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Analyze warehouse processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
