Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Solar based structures Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Pune, MH Experience: 1–3 Years in B2B or solar product sales (preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Ank Solar LLP is a growing name in the solar trading and EPC segment, dealing in high-quality solar components including solar module mounting structures. We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell our solar structures to EPC contractors, solar developers, and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B clients (EPC contractors, solar installers, developers). Promote and sell solar mounting structures (RCC, tin shed, ground mount, etc.). Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate structure solutions. Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Coordinate with the design and dispatch team for technical and delivery details. Follow up on payments and post-sales service as needed. Maintain client database and sales pipeline reports. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings Key Skills & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Business. 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (solar industry preferred). Good technical understanding of solar mounting structures. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, BBA, or equivalent MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
