Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the B2B segment.

- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.

- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.

- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close profitable deals.

- Maintain and update sales pipeline through CRM and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives.

- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.

- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, technical team) for smooth execution of client requirements.

- Ensure post-sales support, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys offerings.
