Job Description

  • B2B Lead Generation & Strategy:

    Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads using strategic approaches and market analysis.
  • Bulk Deal Closures:

    Engage with corporate clients and dealers to negotiate and close high-value bulk deals.
  • Dealer & Corporate Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers and corporate partners.
  • Professional Conduct & Client Engagement:

    Ensure high standards of professionalism in all B2B dealings and client interactions.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Site Visits & Client Meetings:

    Conduct on-site visits and face-to-face meetings to strengthen business relationships and close deals.
  • B2B Market Expansion:

    Develop strategies to expand the companys presence in the B2B segment and create new business opportunities.
  • Event & Seminar Participation:

    Represent the company in industry-specific B2B events, conferences, and seminars to drive business growth.
  • Quote Management:

    Effectively manage and track B2B sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or in a similar role.

Proven sales experience (3-6 years), preferably in B2B sales.

Exposure to the automotive industry is a strong advantage.

  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers in corporate and dealer networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry networking.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
