Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the complete warehouse operations to ensure efficient functioning. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing complete warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, packaging, and dispatch. - Maintaining accurate inventory control systems and ensuring real-time stock updates. - Planning and optimizing warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. - Coordinating with production and sales teams to align stock levels with demand. - Managing a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks, supervising performance, and ensuring safety compliance. - Implementing and monitoring SOPs for warehouse processes such as FIFO, packaging, labeling, loading/unloading. - Ensuring timely dispatches and minimizing delivery errors or delays. - Maintaining warehouse hygiene, organization, and equipment upkeep. - Handling logistics coordination and vendor management for transport and material handling. - Preparing periodic reports on stock, inward/outward movement, and loss/damage if any. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. - 4-5 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in packaging, plastics, or manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of inventory software such as Tally, Excel, ERP, WMS. - Hands-on experience with stock audits and inventory reconciliations. - Leadership ability with team management skills. - Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. - Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance norms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
