Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should be experienced in B2B marketing, capable of generating leads, and willing to travel for client meetings and industry networking. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives Identify new market opportunities and generate B2B leads Conduct client meetings and build long-term business relationships Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to align marketing efforts Represent Star Bottles at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Report marketing performance and ROI metrics to management Requirements: Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or packaging industry(Managerial level) preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven experience in lead generation and client relationship management Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Kerala Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of packaging industry trends and materials (HDPE, LDPE, PP) is added advantage.
