Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage the entire warehouse floor operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inbound/outbound operations, inventory accuracy, manpower handling, and adherence to standard processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management

• Supervise and control full warehouse floor activities including inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely receiving and dispatch of goods with proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize shortages, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
• Oversee loading & unloading operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Team Handling & Coordination

• Manage and lead warehouse staff, supervisors, and operators.
• Train employees on SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
• Allocate daily work, monitor performance, and improve productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
• 3–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in logistics/distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, dispatch planning, and floor management.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
