Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in inventory management, dispatch and logistics planning, warehouse optimization, and team leadership. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving operational excellence while ensuring adherence to organizational and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse and logistics operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy through periodic physical stock verification and system reconciliation.
• Review and evaluate Transporter and CFA performance monthly; implement corrective actions where needed.
• Oversee timely dispatches as per defined SLAs and manage overall transport operations.
• Lead warehouse outsourcing initiatives and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
• Manage manpower planning, conduct performance evaluations, and support coaching and capability-building for the warehouse team.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards, audit requirements, and government regulations.
• Monitor warehouse layout, infrastructure, material handling equipment, and security systems to ensure optimal functioning.
• Prepare annual operating budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
