Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

Operations Leadership:

• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment using Unicommerce WMS
  
• Manage picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
  
• Ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time dispatch
  
• Lead and motivate a team of 8-15 warehouse professionals
  
• Set daily targets and monitor KPI performance
  
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and handle team development
  
• Implement quality control systems and conduct regular audits
  
• Analyze warehouse data to identify improvement opportunities
  
• Manage inventory with 99%+ accuracy through cycle counting
  

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
  
• Proven track record managing 10+ person teams in fast-paced environments
  
• Strong knowledge of Unicommerce WMS or similar warehouse management systems
  
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  
• Multi-channel e-commerce operations experience
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
