Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory flow. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and willing to learn and grow within the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities
• Manage inventory: stock intake, storage, dispatch & returns
• Ensure timely order processing and coordination with logistics
• Maintain accurate stock reports, documentation, and records
• Support packaging, loading, and unloading processes
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply operations

Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers or candidates with basic warehouse exposure can apply)
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Ability to supervise helpers/assistants
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Language Preference: Malayalam (read, write & speak)
