• Process customer orders accurately and on time
• Ensure smooth picking, packing, and dispatch with quality checks • Manage pickers and packers for efficient warehouse workflows • Handle returns and initiate timely refunds or replacements • Oversee stock inbound and correct storage to avoid stockouts • Maintain accurate inventory and real-time stock visibility • Coordinate courier handovers for timely deliveries • Identify and resolve workflow issues to boost efficiency • Ensure high-quality standards across all warehouse tasks • Support ongoing process improvements
• Experience with Unicommerce WMS is a major plus
• Passion for sports is a bonus
