Warehouse Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping. Your main focus will be to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for eCommerce customers. Additionally, you will need to manage and optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. It will be your responsibility to supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies. You will also need to maintain real-time inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems and conduct regular cycle counts. Moreover, you will need to coordinate with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Developing and implementing SOPs to improve warehouse productivity and service levels will also be a part of your role. Monitoring and reporting on warehouse KPIs, including order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory discrepancies, will be essential.
