Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our F&V (Fruits & Vegetables) hub operations. The candidate must have prior experience in temperature-controlled operations and cold room management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hub operations for F&V articles and ensure quality control.
• Supervise ambient and cold room inventory and maintain required temperatures.
• Monitor inbound and outbound processes and ensure timely dispatch.
• Handle temperature-sensitive items and ensure their storage as per SOP.
• Maintain stock hygiene, FIFO system, and minimize spoilage/wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and last-mile delivery teams.
• Ensure team productivity, labour management, and shift handling.
• Prepare and maintain operation reports and share timely updates.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in F&V warehouse or cold chain logistics.
• Prior work experience in companies like Blinkit, Big Basket, etc. preferred.
• Good knowledge of cold room/ambient storage management.
• Understanding of temperature handling for perishable goods.
• Strong leadership, team-handling, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse tracking tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
