Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, effective inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and damages.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with transport and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Implement and improve warehouse layout and processes for optimal space utilization.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Handle returns, replacements, and damaged goods as per SOP.
• Train and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in warehousing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
