Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate the warehouse/godown team, maintain inventory control, streamline dispatch & receipt processes, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper space utilization, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the warehouse.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transporters and suppliers.
• Manage and supervise the entire godown team, including warehouse staff, helpers, and forklift operators.
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Provide on-the-job training, motivation, and discipline when necessary.
• Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse software or manual systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on stock levels, dispatches, and receipts.
• Maintain proper documentation of all goods movements, including GRNs, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Report damages, losses, or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures to minimize accidents and ensure the health of warehouse personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
