We are looking for a skilled and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Unicommerce , marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio), and bin-wise inventory management . The role demands strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the complete warehouse function including inbound, storage, outbound, and logistics. Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and accuracy. Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards. ✅ Inventory & Bin-Wise Stock Management: Maintain accurate bin-wise inventory using Unicommerce WMS . Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly stock audits. Track inventory movement and manage stock reconciliations. ✅ Order Fulfillment & Processing: Ensure 100% order accuracy and timely processing without breaches or delays. Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatching operations to meet SLA requirements. Monitor order flow from various marketplaces and resolve order-related issues. ✅ Return Management: Oversee the returns and reverse logistics process , including inspection, restocking, and system updates. Identify recurring issues and collaborate with QC and customer service teams for resolution. ✅ Marketplace Handling: Strong working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio seller panels and operations. Manage listings, inventory sync, order flow, cancellations, and reconciliations through Unicommerce. Resolve listing errors, stock mismatches, and system integration issues. ✅ Flipkart & Amazon Vendor Operations: Handle Flipkart consignments including shipment creation, reconciliation, and claim management. Process Amazon Vendor Central Purchase Orders (POs) , create ASN, and manage shipments as per compliance guidelines. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pick-ups and deliveries. ✅ Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage warehouse staff including pickers, packers, loaders, and supervisors. Train team members on Unicommerce usage, operational SOPs, and productivity goals. Monitor performance and ensure team alignment with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in warehouse management with eCommerce exposure. Proficient in Unicommerce WMS and seller panel operations. Strong understanding of marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio). Experience handling Amazon Vendor Central POs and Flipkart consignment processes . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in barcode-based inventory systems. Knowledge of reconciliation, claims, and returns in marketplaces. Familiarity with logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, etc.
