Warehouse Manager

Premier Road Carriers Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and grow our Warehousing & 3PL Logistics vertical. If you have a deep understanding of the Indian logistics market and a strong network of decision-makers in key industries, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive new business development in warehousing and 3PL logistics.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Gather market intelligence and identify opportunities.

* Offer customized logistics solutions and negotiate contracts.

* Achieve revenue and margin targets.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless operations.

* Oversee warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.

* Manage and develop staff & resources for optimal productivity.

* Coordinate logistics and ensure compliance with regulations.

* Execute value-added activities to enhance client satisfaction.

* Prepare and present regular reports & analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Graduate in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics; MBA preferred.

* 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales within warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain solutions.

* Strong network in FMCG, e-commerce, pharma, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
