Role Objective:

To manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including material handling, system transactions, dispatch, and inventory control, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient SAP system usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure safe unloading/loading and material movement in the warehouse
• Supervise packing activities and dispatch schedules
• Implement and monitor 5S and safety standards across the warehouse

SAP & System Handling:

• Manage SAP transactions: Goods receipts, transfers, consumption postings
• Maintain WMS Master Data (Bin Creation, Storage Types, MM Data, Warehouse Capacity)
• Create and confirm WM Transfer Orders (TO)
• Ensure proper usage of SAP Kanban signaling for material flow
• Monitor FIFO and batch management for shelf-life-sensitive products

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Lead perpetual and half-yearly inventory counts
• Coordinate vendor stock reconciliations and ensure accuracy in system stock
• Maintain scrapyard operations and ensure timely disposal of scrap
• Issue Returnable and Non-Returnable Challans as needed

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain and regularly update:
• Process Documents (PD)
• Work Instructions (WI)
• Departmental Operating Procedures (DOP)
• Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA)
• Ensure materials are properly tagged and QR-coded for traceability

Reporting & Coordination:

• Generate MIS reports (weekly/monthly) using Power BI for performance tracking
• Collaborate with Procurement, Business Analysts, and Manufacturing teams for stock, material movement, and planning
• Monitor and improve material identification, put-away, and picking accuracy

Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of SAP WMS and MM modules
• Proven leadership in managing warehouse teams and processes
• Familiar with safety norms and lean warehousing principles (5S, FIFO, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
