We’re hiring a Warehouse & Inventory / Store Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations for Beanly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all RM/PM inventory across the warehouse
Define and maintain min/max stock levels based on real-time consumption
Organize the warehouse systematically based on materials and FIFO principles
Ensure accurate inward, outward, and stock reconciliation
Work closely with production, procurement, and finance teams
Handle ERP entries, inventory tracking, and warehouse documentation
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational discipline within the warehouse
Requirements:
Prior experience in warehouse and inventory management (FMCG/Food preferred)
Strong understanding of RM/PM planning, FIFO, and stock optimization
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and warehouse computing
Good analytical, coordination, and people management skills
High ownership and process-driven mindset
Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi
Experience: 2–6 years (flexible for the right candidate)
