We’re Hiring: Warehouse & Inventory Lead (Quick-Commerce Apparel) Company: StyleZen - 60-minute fashion delivery in Delhi–Gurgaon Location: Ghitorni (Delhi) / Gurugram · 6-day week · Start ASAP Job Overview We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Lead to run day-to-day dark-store operations and keep our fast-moving apparel inventory accurate. You’ll own receiving to dispatch, build simple SOPs, and ensure a smooth flow from vendor inbound → shelves → rider handover → returns QC. Ideal for someone who’s worked in e-commerce/dark stores and loves getting things done. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Warehouse Management Run daily operations: receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, dispatch Maintain accurate stock in WMS/Google Sheets; barcode/bin every sellable unit Conduct cycle counts/spot audits, reconcile variances, and keep the floor tidy & safe Track stock health: fast/slow movers, stockouts, and replenishment cues Enforce FIFO/FEFO, packing bench standards, and clear aisle/bin labeling Inbound (Vendors/Suppliers) & GRN Coordinate delivery slots with brands/3PLs; perform QC on inbound Post GRN the same day; document damages/shortages and raise claims Align putaway with size/color variants for faster picking later Outbound & Dispatch Plan wave/batch picking; minimize mispicks and packing errors Handover to riders on time with complete documentation; hit strict TAT targets Keep a clean staging area for peak hours Returns & Try-&-Buy Triage returns; QC, sanitize, and restock within SLA Log reasons for return to reduce repeat issues Reporting & Coordination Send simple daily dashboards: orders, mispicks, stockouts, shrink, returns Work closely with Customer Support, Riders, and Vendors for smooth ops Qualifications & Skills 2–5 years in warehouse/stores for e-commerce/dark store/apparel (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart/3PL/D2C experience is a plus) Proficient with Google Sheets and basic inventory/WMS tools; barcode scanners Strong organization, accuracy, and SOP writing; clear communication with vendors/logistics Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks when needed Education: Minimum High School; Preferred: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus Ownership of end-to-end ops in a fast, founder-led team Rapid growth path to Warehouse Manager as we scale OPD
