Warehouse Executive

Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operation Excellence department as an Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for supporting the team in driving operational efficiency and excellence within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives - Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges - Monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards operational goals - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance - Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement processes - Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for staff Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
