Job Purpose: To manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Operations Supervise unloading, checking, and proper storage of inbound materials. Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of outbound shipments. Verify documents such as GRN, challans, and dispatch notes. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records in the system. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile variances. Monitor aging stock, damages, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily MIS reports (inward, outward, stock status, and vehicle movement). Maintain records of all warehouse transactions for audit and reference. Coordination Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations. Communicate with the client for shipment updates, vehicle placement, and issues. Manpower & Resource Management Supervise loading/unloading staff and ensure safe handling of material. Monitor productivity and adherence to shift schedules. Compliance & Safety Ensure all safety protocols and housekeeping standards are followed. Report and record any incidents, damages, or near misses immediately. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations. Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS, and basic ERP systems. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time dispatch accuracy. Zero stock variance. Timely documentation and reporting.
