Job Purpose: To manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Operations Supervise unloading, checking, and proper storage of inbound materials. Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of outbound shipments. Verify documents such as GRN, challans, and dispatch notes. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records in the system. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile variances. Monitor aging stock, damages, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily MIS reports (inward, outward, stock status, and vehicle movement). Maintain records of all warehouse transactions for audit and reference. Manpower & Resource Management Supervise loading/unloading staff and ensure safe handling of material. Monitor productivity and adherence to shift schedules. About the Role We are looking for a motivated SAP-Executive for TMS Operator to join our 4PL Control Tower team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day transportation activities through our Transport Management System, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and seamless coordination with logistics service providers and customers. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the Transport Management System (TMS) for daily shipments. Execute transportation bookings, track & trace shipments, and update status in real-time. Ensure accurate entry of freight orders, carrier details, and routes. Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customer teams to resolve issues. Generate reports and dashboards on KPIs such as OTIF, delays, and cost performance. Support freight bill validation and digital documentation through TMS. Requirements Graduate with 1–3 years’ experience in transport/logistics operations. Hands-on exposure to TMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle, BluJay, MercuryGate, etc.) preferred. Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills. Understanding of basic transport KPIs (OTIF, transit time, cost per shipment). Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
