Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the HQ and the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and process compliance.

Note: This is a supervisory and oversight role. You will not be required to perform manual tasks such as picking, packing, or dispatching yourself; rather, you will manage the teams and processes responsible for these activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution without getting involved in manual labor.
• Supervise the Receiving process and ensure strict adherence to Quality Control (QC) standards for incoming stock.
• Monitor and supervise Kitting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

2. Inventory Control & Audits:

• Conduct rigorous stock audits on a Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly basis.
• Reconcile physical stock counts with the system records to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during audits.

3. Data & Systems:

• Oversee B2B operations, ensuring all movements are accurately tracked.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers (Excel/Google Sheets) for inventory and order flow.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management within the WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Requirements:

• Experience in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) industry is mandatory.
• Proven background in Logistics Operations and handling 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners.
• Experience in a supervisory or coordinator role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between the warehouse team and the corporate office.
