Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate and timely management of inventory, processing of orders, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for tracking inventory, managing stock levels, and generating reports to aid in efficient warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Ensure accurate labeling, stocking, and documentation of goods.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using Excel.
• Order Processing:
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to company standards.
• Coordinate with the shipping department for timely delivery.
• Prepare documentation for shipments (invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Data Entry and Reporting:
• Use Excel to update and track inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and warehouse operations.
• Analyze stock levels and usage to identify trends and potential shortages.
• Warehouse Organization:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Organize products and materials for easy accessibility and identification.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Team Support:
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Assist in training new warehouse personnel when required.
• Communicate effectively with other departments (procurement, sales, etc.) regarding inventory status and needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
