Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition of goods.

- Store and organize products in designated areas, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.

- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

- Basic math skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software.
