Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in the Infrastructure / EPC Industry. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring the timely hiring of skilled professionals. This role demands a high level of understanding of the industry-specific skill sets and talent pools, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to engage candidates and hire for diverse roles across the organization. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection of candidates for various positions in the Infrastructure and EPC sectors. Sourcing & Screening: Use innovative sourcing strategies such as job portals, LinkedIn, job fairs, internal databases, and referrals to identify and attract top talent. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, job descriptions, and qualifications needed for various roles. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills, and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Offer Management: Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages in alignment with company policies. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics. Provide regular reports on recruitment status, open positions, and upcoming hiring requirements. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand on social media platforms, recruitment portals, and at industry events to attract high-quality talent. Compliance: Ensure that recruitment processes comply with relevant laws, company policies, and industry standards. Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition. Key Requirements Bachelor's / Post Graduation degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Infrastructure/EPC industry. Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, skill sets, and qualifications in the Infrastructure / EPC domain. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
