Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for faculty and academic roles (schools, colleges, universities).
Source and screen profiles through
Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals
, and other job portals.
Draft job postings and identify the right keywords to attract relevant candidates.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on qualification, experience, and role fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with academic heads and management.
Conduct initial HR screening rounds to assess communication, experience, and stability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
28 years
of experience in recruitment —
Education sector / EdTech / faculty hiring
preferred.
Strong sourcing skills; must be good in
Naukri and keyword-based searches
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Good negotiation skills and experience in coordinating interviews.
Strong understanding of academic roles (teachers, lecturers, HODs, principals, deans).
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
