Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition (70%)- Head hunting candidates (IT & Non IT roles) Candidate Pipeline for critical role. Sourcing, screening & shortlisting. Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, including job description creation, interviewing, and offer management. Lead the stakeholder management, adaptation & 100% hiring adherence. Maintain the MIS for the position & regular update. HR Operations (30%) Lead background check & New joiner on-boarding smooth process new joiner. Employee connect – Regular & documented employee connect with employees Employee relations – 100 % query resolution, resolve conflicts, and support performance management activities. Employment Engagement Initiatives – Independently curate & execute the engagement activity & celebrations for the employees. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Full time Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Communication & interpersonal skills. Problem solving mindset.
