About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting for the eLearning or EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, qualifying, and engaging with decision-makers (Directors, VPs, and senior leaders) across the Europe and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls and email outreach to generate leads and identify potential clients in the Europe and US regions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead qualification and follow-ups.
  • Engage and establish relationships with Director and VP-level stakeholders to schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all lead generation and outreach activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
  • Share regular reports and insights on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback with management.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4-12years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in the eLearning, EdTech, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with clients in Europe and North America time zones.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of the eLearning industry landscape and market dynamics is an added advantage.
