About the Role:

Visa Operations Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
Visa stamping process
as an implant executive or client management executive.
Handle client expectations and deliverables efficiently with a
process-oriented approach
.
Maintain and update
Visa Checklists
for various categories (Business, Work, Dependent, Tourist) as per process changes.
Perform
quality checks
on visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy as per consulate/embassy requirements.
Guide employees/clients on
mandatory visa submission requirements
.
Coordinate with
TTK back-office teams
for application collection/submission at VFS/Consulates.
Prepare
covering and support letters
for visa applications.
Adapt to new geographies and visa processes as per business needs.
Track and coordinate all
immigration activities
end-to-end.
Maintain
MIS reports
and present bi-weekly/monthly analytics to the Operations Head.

Candidate Profile:

Computer savvy with good knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated and a good team player.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
