Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable, possess strong sourcing and communication skills, and have a proven track record in recruitment across various corporate sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles within the organization, including IT, corporate, leadership, and BPO sectors.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques (job boards, social media, networks, etc.) to attract top-tier talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and recommend effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to keep the organization competitive.
  • Flexibility & Onsite Presence: Must be flexible to work onsite and be present as needed to meet business demands and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • BPO Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a BPO, demonstrating an ability to handle large-scale and high-volume hiring processes.
  • Corporate/IT/Leadership Hiring Experience: Proven experience in hiring for corporate, IT, and leadership roles, understanding the unique requirements for each segment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Graduate. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on BPO, corporate, IT, and leadership hiring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
