I)Role Responsibilities:

• Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, references, and network.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for assigned roles with ambitious turnaround timelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: stakeholder engagement, market mapping, candidate experience, offer negotiation & generation.
• Drive recruitment operations and data management with efficiency and accuracy.
• Strengthen talent networks and maintain high standards of candidate engagement.

II)What Were Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Good to have prior exposure to hiring in D2C, Marketing, or Ecommerce domains
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
