Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with pre-generated leads (property owners) through outbound calls to promote and sell

  • Identify customer needs, provide appropriate product information, and handle queries effectively.
  • Build rapport and influence customer decisions through strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ensure a

    high conversion ratio

    from leads to successful closures.
  • Meet and exceed

    daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to maximize performance.
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends to deliver superior customer experience.
  • Deliver consistent productivity (up to 150 calls/day and minimum 3 hours talk time).
  • Work with a
