  1–4 years of experience

   in technical recruitment.
• Proven track record of closing niche skills and high-volume C2H positions.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing lifecycle including rate negotiation, contract terms.
• You are familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• You understand tech hiring fundamentals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
