The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring high system uptime, and maintaining ITGC compliance across the region. The role includes device refresh, technical support, application uptime, and driving safety and sustainability initiatives.The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.Job Responsibilities
Ensure IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance across all systems.Compliance (as per the target) on the remediation dashboard for Windows/Chrome end usersEndpoint Protection, Encryption, and PatchingOversee operations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and proactive support of IT infrastructure to maintain uptimeProvide timely support across all enterprise applications, including iCABS, Citrix, Navision, SCP, DSP, and Lead TrackerSupport branch-level UPS/Inverter installations and maintain existing CCTV systems, Pan IndiaKnowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must; should be able to troubleshootlaptops,desktops, chromebook, chromebox, firewall, router,printer etc.Troubleshooting problems related to PC, Printers/Scanner, Local Area Network, MailTo work on adhoc projects as per the business requirements.Acts as a focal point for all IT-related needs & queries for the branches.Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout meet, google drive etc.To resolve queries as and when required by providing assistance as per defined SLAs.Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management, problem management and asset management.Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.Shall be flexible to report / work and handle multiple offices.Providing assistance on Windows & chrome OS, setting up Network Printer/Scanner,Key Result Areas
