Please review the job descriptions and the required experience range for the positions we are hiring for:

  1. ServiceNow Developer

    • Experience Range:

       [4.6- 10 Yrs]
    • Mandatory:: ServiceNow Development experience and one of the following module-ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/CMDB, Service Portal,Catalogs.

    • Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications(Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request) within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use.
      • Experience of implementing Service Mapping, Discovery & Orchestration, Service Portal.• Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mind• Strong knowledge of developing on the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures..• Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool.• Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance.• Knowledge of Inbound/Outbound Email Notifications.• Knowledge of Import Sets, Update Sets, REST/SOAP integrations• (Added Advantage) Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow
  2. ServiceNow Architect

    • Experience Range:

       [9+] years
      • Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
      • Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
      • Engage with the customer’s Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer’s core applications.
      • Establish and manage technical governance.
      • Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
      • Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs
      • Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions
      • Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps)             
      • Understanding and having experience in driving process optimisation, efficiencies and productivity using automation
      • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
      • Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
      • Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
      • Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business
  3. ServiceNow Consultant

    • Experience Range:

       [4-8 Yrs] 
      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
      • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements.
      • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
      • Design and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and workflows based on business needs.
      • Work closely with developers and technical teams to implement and test solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
      • Create user documentation, training materials, and provide user training and support as needed.
      • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
      • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
      • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and functionality updates
