Relationship Building (Outbound): Proactively reach out to recruiters to gather feedback, understand their needs, and strengthen long-term professional relationships. Onboarding & Product Promotion: Guide new recruiters through the job posting process and effectively communicate the value and benefits of using Job Hai , ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed on the platform. Working days- 6 days(Saturday WFH)
