Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare tables for dining by setting up utensils, glassware, and linens as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions responsibly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash.
  • Familiarity with menu items and the ability to make recommendations to guests.
