Waiter / Waitress

We are hiring Waiters / Waitresses for a reputed 5 star and 4 star properties in Oman. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, smart, well-groomed, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas
• Assist in setting up tables and service stations
• Handle guest requests with courtesy and efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management OR minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Male / Female candidates welcome
• Must have a valid ECNR Passport
• Ability to communicate in English (mandatory)
• Presentable, smart, and well-groomed appearance
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
