Position Overview :

At Jhankar Haveli, every guest is treated like royalty. As a Waiter / Service Associate, you will be the face of our hospitality — offering warm, personalized service in a heritage setting that blends culture, elegance, and authentic Rajasthani charm. Your role is to ensure guests not only enjoy their meal but also experience the soulful ambiance Jhankar Haveli is known for.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and traditional courtesy.
• Present the menu, explain dishes, and offer thoughtful recommendations reflecting Rajasthani and Indian cuisine.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages with grace, ensuring presentation and timing meet Haveli standards.
• Attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of tables and the overall dining area.
• Handle billing and payments professionally using POS systems.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Uphold Jhankar Haveli’s reputation for hospitality by maintaining decorum, politeness, and attentiveness at all times.
• Support team members during peak hours and contribute to creating a memorable guest experience.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a fine dining or heritage restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Rajasthani is a plus).
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Ability to work efficiently in a traditional yet dynamic hospitality environment.
• Basic POS and billing knowledge.

Education & Requirements :

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
