The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Additionally, the candidate will excel in client handling, pre-sales activities, proposal creation, and developing comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps. Experience : 7+ Years Key Responsibility: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms to provide actionable insights and improve ROI. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) improvements to enhance campaign performance. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives. Handle client interactions, including understanding their business goals, presenting strategies, and addressing queries. Lead pre-sales activities, including creating tailored proposals, pitching strategies, and demonstrating ROI potential to clients. Develop and present detailed digital marketing roadmaps to clients and stakeholders, outlining short-term and long-term goals. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients to deliver projects on time and exceed expectations. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
