VP Sales & Marketing

1.Market Analysis and Research:

•Guide the team on market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Analyse competitors, customers, and market dynamics.

2.Set up systems and procedures for Market research and analysis.

•Train the team.

•Set up reports for market analysis and research

3.Business Development Strategy:

•Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.

•Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

4.Customer Acquisition and Retention:

•Build and maintain relationships with potential customers

•Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.

•Develop and execute customer retention strategies

5.Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

•Shortlist a minimum of 7 products on an annual basis, which is feasible in market and chemistry (discussion with R&D)

6.Partnerships, Collaborations and Strategic Clients:

•Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations.

•Negotiate and manage partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing agreements after discussion with management.

•Special pricing will only be decided after discussion with management.

•Strategic client commercial terms and pricing will be discussed and then given (strategy customers being MNC and companies with more than 500 Cr. Turnover

7.Sales and Marketing Support:

•Provide sales and marketing teams with market insights, customer feedback, and product information.

•Support sales and marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.

•Set up systems and procedures for the Sales and marketing team.

•Set up reports that should be submitted by teams

8.Team Management:

•Lead and manage a team of business development professionals.

•Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge

9.Communication and Reporting:

•Communicate business development progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.

•Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other business development materials
