Role Overview: If you're a seasoned growth leader with a proven track record in D2C or consumer internet in India, an insatiable curiosity for scaling businesses, and a knack for identifying and executing the strategies that drive breakthrough results, this is your ultimate challenge. You will be leveraging cutting-edge innovations like our AI-powered skin/hair analyzer and DermaGPT, our proprietary derma/health assistant. Your strategic vision will be pivotal in bringing these transformative solutions to every corner of the market. Key Responsibilities: - Define & Own Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven growth strategy that integrates marketing, product, and operations to drive aggressive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all Clinikally offerings. - Identify Growth Levers: Continuously identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics, from performance marketing and SEO to partnerships, viral loops, and referral programs. - Lead & Scale Growth Teams: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing growth organization fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability. - Experimentation & Optimization: Implement a robust A/B testing and experimentation framework across the entire customer journey, driving continuous optimization of conversion rates and LTV. - Deep Dive into Analytics: Own growth analytics, dashboards, and reporting, providing critical insights to the leadership team and informing strategic product and business decisions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure growth initiatives are deeply integrated and supported across the organization. - Market & Consumer Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging market trends to adapt and evolve growth strategies. - Budget & Resource Management: Strategically allocate and manage significant growth budgets to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of progressive experience in growth roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position within high-growth D2C or consumer internet businesses in India. - Proven track record of designing and executing full-funnel growth strategies that have led to significant, measurable user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. - Exceptional analytical capabilities: Master of data, attribution models, cohort analysis, and can translate complex numbers into actionable insights. - Deep expertise across diverse growth channels, including performance marketing, SEO, ASO, content marketing, product-led growth, and partnerships. - Strong leadership skills: Natural ability to build, empower, and inspire multi-disciplinary growth teams. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach: Capable of setting the long-term vision while also diving into execution details when needed. - Outstanding communication skills: Able to articulate complex growth strategies and results clearly and persuasively to all levels of the organization. - Entrepreneurial spirit: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, possess a strong bias for action, and are relentless in the pursuit of growth.,
