Job Description

Plan and execute comprehensive business development strategies to develop markets and meet revenue goals.
Market Research and New Product Development: Understand the market and present ideas to develop novel products and drive sales.
Client Relationship & Management:
Acquire new customers, maintain good ties with existing customers, and maintain a successful sales funnel.
Accountable for revenue and sales growth, and develop a strong reputation and brand identity for Sami-Sabinsa brands in the marketplace.
Conduct performance analysis of products and be responsible for the brands market leadership.
Effective vendor management and negotiation skills.
Product Management: Manage the product
line, including developing new products and also scaling up existing products.
Branding and Promotion:
As required, plan and execute the branding activities.
Handle formulation - R&D for the development of cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and food products as per client's requirements.
Provide technomarketing training to customers, distributors, traders, and subordinates.

EDUCATION

PG: MBA/PGDM with minimum 15 years of nutraceutical industry experience.

KEY SKILLS

Good interpersonal, facilitating, and influencing skills.
Maintain excellent relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
Able to conceptualize, work independently, be resourceful, numeric, and analytical with a hands-on disposition.
Work with an open mindset attuned to the evolving business needs and dynamism of the organization.
